DIY Coaching Phases
Phase 1: Defining the Footprint (As-is)
This phase is to take stock of the current state (the footprint). Like a doctor, we need to know as many details as possible. The details may not appear relevant or important to you, but they may be to the life coach – to identify the root cause and to work out the best strategy for the way forward.
Since the foundation of your dream life would be based on these details, please be as detailed and as accurate as you possibly can 🙏
